Well Metro Vancouver has bailed out of Grant Narrows park, leaving the concession operator, high and dry.
Family’s four-year effort at business by Pitt Lake about to go under
Here is the official statement PDF from Metro.

From what I know, the property was under lease to Metro, from the Province. But as the lease was ending the Katzie FN, were attempting to put a land claim on it.
